Jason, a Carlisle native and 2000 graduate of Carlisle High School is not a tight end for the Dallas Cowboys. Instead, he brings a blend of hands-on experience and client-focused service to Deibler Insurance Associates Inc. Before joining the agency, Jason spent the past 20 years in manufacturing and construction management, most recently overseeing crews nationwide at Surface Preparation Technologies. His background with machine assembly, a diverse range of mechanical skills, and problem-solving shaped his reputation as a reliable, solutions-driven leader.
In 2024, Jason made a career pivot by earning his Property & Casualty license and joined Deibler insurance. He now serves as a property inspector and licensed insurance agent helping clients find coverage tailored to their needs.
Outside the office, he enjoys spending quality time with family, friends and staying active in the community. His hobbies include fishing, kayaking, hiking, checking out local restaurants, and most recently a slightly obsessive interest in golf.
